For you and your own page
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Zenbu supports connecting a custom domain, so the link you hand out is your own business address. Check the current plan details for what's included, and confirm domain registration and renewal costs before you buy.
Will my page show up on Google?
Eligible public pages can be indexed by search engines, and specific business information — services, locations, opening details — helps search systems understand what you do. Publishing a page is not a guarantee of ranking, traffic or sales.
Can I build and update it myself?
Yes. Add your business details, services, photos and links in the editor, then come back and change them whenever the business changes. No code, no developer, no waiting on anyone.
Where do customer enquiries go?
Straight to you, through the contact links you add to your page, such as email, phone or WhatsApp. Programme signups are saved in your dashboard for export. Zenbu takes no cut of what you sell.
What does it cost?
Zenbu is a paid product — annual, or a one-time Founding Seat while those last. There is no free tier and no trial. See the pricing page for the current price in your region and what each plan includes.
What do credits do? Do they unlock paid features?
Credits cover usage-based extras: card scans (1 credit each) and AI searches beyond your daily limit. They do not unlock paid features like custom backgrounds or multiple businesses — those come with a Founding Seat or a yearly plan.
Are credits refundable?
No. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely.
Do I have to cancel anything?
A Founding Seat is a single payment — there is nothing recurring, so there is nothing to cancel. On a yearly plan you can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues to the end of the paid period, with no partial refunds.
What happens to my businesses and page data if my plan lapses?
Nothing is deleted. Businesses are hidden from your public page but preserved in full. When you pay again, everything reappears exactly as you left it. A Founding Seat never lapses.
Will my page show ads?
Your Zenbu business page is ad-free. Visitors can focus on your content, services and contact actions.
Can I use Zenbu as a digital business card?
Yes. Share your public page through a link, QR code or NFC card on compatible phones. Visitors can view your business and download available contact details. Check pricing for physical NFC card availability and plan inclusion.
For a team
Can one account run more than one page?
Yes. A paid account can hold several pages — one per business, brand or role — each with its own link, and you switch between them from your dashboard.
Can everyone on my team have their own page?
Yes. Each person signs up with their own account and gets their own page and link. Pages stay independent: one person's edits never change another's.
Is there a plan that covers a whole team?
Team pricing exists, but it is not self-serve yet — there is no team checkout on the pricing page. Write to us and we will set it up and quote the current rate for your region.
If you joined an organisation
Why can't I use my own branding inside an organisation?
When you join an organisation on Zenbu, your page represents the company, so the organisation controls the logo, address and company contact details. Your own information — name, title, photo, bio, social links — is still yours to edit.
Can I keep a personal page separate from my organisation page?
Yes. Create a second Zenbu account with your personal email and buy access there. You will have two separate pages: one for your organisation role, one for your own name. They do not interfere with each other.
What happens to my personal page if I leave the organisation?
Your page reverts to your personal information — whatever you had set before joining. Nothing is deleted.
