A referral counts when someone signs up through your unique link and makes their first payment — a Founding Seat or a yearly plan.
Your referral link tracks for 30 days from the first click. If someone clicks your link today and pays within 30 days, you get the commission. If they clear their cookies or switch browsers, attribution may not carry over.
No. Commission applies to the Founding Seat and to yearly plans — not to one-time credit or research pack top-ups.
Commissions are held for 7 days before becoming eligible for payout. If a payment is refunded or disputed before that hold period ends, the commission is reversed. Once the hold clears, it's yours.

No. Self-referrals are not allowed and will be detected automatically. Any commission from a self-referral will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
